When I first got this system I was skeptical. I thought it was impossible to build muscles through 7-minute workouts. The only reason why I tried it is because I had no choice. I was too busy with work to work out in the gym and I needed a way to maintain my muscles. I never expected growth. However, this program gave me much more than what I expected. I am sticking to this for good because it’s effective and it’s so easy to slip into a busy schedule.

Had to cut down on workout time when my wife gave birth to our baby girl. I had to allot so much time on daddy duties, so the gym was a priority anymore. The sad thing there is that after just a few months of being off the gym, I started gaining weight again. I have a really bad metabolism, so my wife allowed me to work out again but only for a limited time every week. It’s really tough jamming everything together in a day. I researched online for the easiest ways for less time-consuming ways to lose weight, and found this baby. I didn’t really believe it at first, but I had no choice but to try it. Surprisingly, it went great! I do mostly the 14-minute protocols, which are for mid-level bodybuilders. I’ve managed to burn my excess fats again and am now building more muscles. This is something I’d definitely recommend to busy people. It was hard to believe for me at first that I could burn fat and build muscles in just 7-21 minutes a day, but it’s true. You really have to try it to see for yourself. I’ve recommended it to some other friends, and they liked it too. I’m sure you’ll be thanking me too for introducing you to this.

I got so busy at work during the last ramp that I needed an alternative to my gym sessions. It’s hard to get back to the fitness route after you’ve stopped for some time. With this program, I just drop by in the gym after work for a few minutes, and before I know it, I’m off to bed dozing off for another tough day at work. I was hoping this will just keep my interest in fitness up until I could go back to my regular gym program again, but I got so much more than that! I noticed faster results than what I was having with my previous program. I might have hit a plateau with that one, and when I got this, my body got revved up again. The bonuses included in the program are also very helpful. I found time to watch all the videos, and now I incorporate the workouts there to my routine. I’ve got a lot more time on my hands now, but I still prefer this program to others.

7 Minute Muscle is the bomb! I usually have just a few hours free a day, so I decided to try this workout method. I used to workout in the gym, but when I stopped I started burning my muscles, and developing fats. I’m naturally fat. I was fat back in high school, so I gain fat more quickly than most people, and I also have problems building muscles. I didn’t have much faith in this at first. I just wanted a quick workout program that could keep me from getting fatter than I already was. To my surprise, I started seeing muscle cuts in my arms again, and my tummy started shrinking. I kept doing everything for 3 months, and now my body’s looking great again. I’m still far from total fitness, but this is ok for now. I’ll still continue with the program because I haven’t felt any plateauing yet. I hope this continues to work from me until I get the lean body I’ve always wanted to have.
