If you're into long-term juicing

A Juice Feaster's Handbook is so much like every other juicing handbooks out there. The only difference is this has some additional information that makes it a bit more informative if you’re totally new to juicing. The recipes here are very basic and can be googled easily. Another thing I like about this handbook is that it promotes juicing for a long period, unlike others that go from 3-5 days only. I enjoyed juicing for a month following the methods here. It was the first time I went over 3 days of juicing and my body feels great!

My skin really cleared up!

I’m just a bit overweight, so that’s just my secondary concern for juice fasting. The main reason I wanted to do it is my acne. I don’t use makeup because I’ve acne prone skin, but a few months ago, I broke out horribly, and it stayed that way for quite some time. It was really horrifying, I just had to look for a solution. A friend told me about vegetable juice detox, and so I got this book. I stayed on the detox for a month, and my skin really improved! The breakouts stopped in the first week, and then my skin continued getting clearer. It’s so soft and smooth now, just like baby’s skin, and I feel a lot healthier than before too. I’m doing this detox twice a year to renew my energy level.

I also got my acne cleared using this

My skin also cleared up using this. It was faster and more effective than any acne-fighter I’ve tried before, plus it’s cheap and easy to make. I’ve got really bad acne before, the kind that’s both disgusting and painful. I tried a lot of topical solutions like benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, but they’re no match for my skin. After that, I went to the dermatologist, and I was prescribed some oral antibiotics, they worked for some time, but then after a month of not taking them, my acne came back. The derma told me I can’t go on the same thing again because it might cause nasty side effects on my body. She asked me to undergo facial cleaning and extraction, but I was scared of the pain, and it’d be no good for my cystic pimples anyway so I passed. When I found this, I wasn’t expecting much at first, but it said it can cleanse the body, so I thought I’d have nothing to lose anyway. We always have fruits and veggies at home because my dad loves them, so I just did the cleanse, and oh my, my cystic pimples stopped appearing after 3 days, my older pimples started dying out, and now after a month, all that’s left are scars. I went to the derma again and she was shocked with my improvement. We are now working on fading out the scars and trying to get rid of the pockmarks.

Got rid of my acne in just a week

I was looking for a diet that will help me get rid of my acne when I found this. I don’t have much weight to lose, so what I was after was just an improvement in my skin condition. My skin was really bad then. I had pimples all over my face, and pimple scars too of course. After a week on this diet, my skin cleared up completely, after just a month, even the scars have lightened significantly, and I looked like I was lit from within. Until now, I stay on this diet for 3 days every month for detoxification. I’ve also lost the little extra pounds I had before just through that. I’m not sure how this works for obese people, since I was just overweight then, but I think there will be significant results, just not that quick, though.
