As a new griller, I've been searching for a "how to" book that starts from the very beginning. The instructions in Barbecue Secrets Revealed! are clear and easy to follow. The tips and advice are just what I needed to get cooking.
When I was a kid I watched my family and friends grill but I never paid enough attention to learn. Now I have the know-how, recipes, and confidence to prepare kickin' BBQ meals. (And, not to brag, but, they're better than the barbecues my friends serve up!)
All barbecuers should have this book.

This is about the most thorough, and user friendly book I've read of its kind. So far, I've used 4 of the recipes (2 rubs, and 2 sauces) all 4 were excellent! I'm anxious to show off to my friends!
