I'm sure this will be valuable to a lot of people

I’ve a friend who has personally worked with Tom before in some fitness center, and he told me about how great the man is as a trainer. He’s become more and more expensive since then and now my friend isn’t training with him anymore personally. He uses this program now, and I’ve seen the great improvement he’s had since getting this program by Tom, and now I’m trying it too. I’ve seen great improvements in just a short amount of time. Kudos to Tom! I’m sure this awesome work will be able to help a lot of people achieve their fitness goals!

This is the best improvement I’ve had in years! It’s a bit unbelievable how much my body has changed. I always thought I’d look flabby, but with this program, I looked tone and really hot! Nothing beats some firm, toned muscles for looking like a million bucks!

I’ve been using this program for 7 months now, and I’ve already lost 47lbs. I like how the program is so smart and scientific. I learned about this method from a friend who lost more than a hundred pounds using the program. He’s a man, I’m a woman so this is guaranteed to work for both sexes. I’m not so interested in a ripped body, or a really bikini-friendly body, but I wanted to just lose weight, look and feel healthier, and have an easier time looking for clothes. I got really fat when I took on a home based job. It was a tough web design job that required plenty of overtime, so I usually spend my days plastered to my computer. With very little physical activity, I eventually grew a large stomach and a lot of fat all over my body. I tried getting rid of the fat through dieting alone, but that didn’t work. I then started going to the gym whenever I have free time, but I got scared because I seem to be firming up the fat. I wasn’t burning anything. I was just noticing my fat getting firmer, so I quit that. With Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, I noticed that I’m shrinking in size and growing muscle at the same time. I didn’t want my old, fat build, so I’m happy now that I’m getting smaller and more muscular. I’ve only been on it for a month, so there are a few more days before I hit the 49th day, but so far, I’m happy with the results that I’m getting.

I was really fat before, so I started going on a strict diet and exercising to death. I didn’t know that while I was losing weight, I was actually burning more muscle than fat. Although I did lose weight, it was the horrible kind of weight loss, and soon after losing motivation, I regained  all the fat I lost. I did a bit of research then and found out that I could burn muscle if I do not do exercises correctly. After that I got me this book, and followed the workout program religiously. It was difficult for me at first looking for the important parts because there are so many pages, but anyway, I guess that’s part of the challenge. I did the program for just losing fat, and packing on a bit of muscle on my arms. Nothing too complicated.

I think this is one of the best workout programs online as the results are fully customizable. You can go from a fit guy to a large hunky guy just by changing your program, and you can find them all in this book, so it’s pretty easy!

This book is thick! If you don’t like reading that much, then this probably isn’t for you. Too bad, though, because the program is great. I’m not a hardcore bodybuilder, but I know a good workout routine when I see one. I’ve been searching for a program like this since I stopped working with my personal trainer, but I’ve never seen anything as interesting as this. I really enjoy it, and the effects on my body are awesome. I had a beer belly before I got started on this, but it’s now gone. I’m working on a 6-pack at the moment. My arms that has turned flabby is now regaining its manly shape. My wife says I’ve improved so much, and I look better now than when I was working out with a trainer. Although it’s still not a perfect body, at least I know I’m on my way there.

"Couldn't be more pleased"

I bought Burn The Fat last October and I'm now so low in body fat you can see the striations. I've often been lean in the past, but never like this. This is Brad Pitt in Fight Club low!
