I feel like I have got my life back

When I read 'Calming Words' especially the section on really looking at how we feed our own anxiety, I felt as if you are speaking directly to me. I've been dealing with panic and anxiety for the last 5 years. I feel as if the prime years of my life are being spent thinking constantly about me having a massive heart attack.
Honestly I was so tired of this feeling. I am a young, smart, happy, energetic woman. I used to be 'fearless'! Until I bought this kit, things like driving at night, or aches and pains sent my mind spinning into hours of anxiety and sometimes into a full blown panic attack. I have been in the ER for 'heart attack' more times than I can count. When I left the ER with a clean bill of health I used to feel so defeated by it all.
The anxiety and panic problems were eating up time in my happy life. Dr Jeannette’s wonderful kit and your Oasis of Calm newsletters have changed all that. I feel like I have got my life back.

About a year ago, I was going through a very stressful time at work and I was experiencing high levels of anxiety, especially in speaking situations. This wasn’t new for me as I tend to get more anxious (e.g. nervous) when I’m going through a stressful phase in life. Normally, I’d have gone to the book store or to see a Doctor. At that time I couldn’t because I was living in China with no English bookstores nearby and no English-speaking doctors.
I found Calming Words self-help kit on the Internet and it is so full of good ideas and techniques for people like me. I really benefited from all the techniques. Fast forward a year and while re-reading Dr Jeannette’s e-books, I realized how much they helped me over the past year.
