Jeannette helped cure my anxiety in record time. She’s better than most shrinks I’ve worked with over the years. Her approach is very personal. Jeannette is like my personal angel. Before I got calming words, I just set appointments with her everytime I’m feeling my anxiety kicking in. Now with calming words, I just listen to the included audios to free myself from anxiety anytime. After a tough day at work, I just listen to the audios before going to sleep, and I feel so refreshed in the morning. This is highly recommended for all anxiety and panic sufferers.

This is my quick fix

As a panic and anxiety sufferer for more than 6 years now, I’ve tried so many cures and relief methods from all over the Internet. I’ve also worked with a lot of therapists in the past. The thing with panic and anxiety is that you’re against yourself and your own thoughts. It’s hard to fight yourself. Sometimes, the harder you fight, the more frustrated you get and that leads to more and more anxiety. I remember being so anxious about getting anxious, it’s hard to explain but that’s how it works when you have anxiety. It really ruined my life at some point. I lost my long-term girlfriend and damaged my relationship with my brother. I was a mess for the first 2 years of my sickness. I got used to my anxiety and panic after a while and here I am now, living my life to the fullest even if I’m not completely cured yet.

I found Calming Words almost a year ago. I use this as a “band-aid solution” for when I’m feeling some anxiety brewing up inside me. It’s not enough as a standalone anxiety management program for me, but it’s my quick fix. It has the power to stop my negative thoughts in its tracks.

I have a long way to go before I can totally say goodbye to this sickness, but for now Calming Words is one of my best buddies.

I am not clinically diagnosed with panic and anxiety, but I read up a lot about my symptoms and I figured out that I have it. Calming Words helped me feel so much better, and now I don’t panic anymore.

Natural way to relieve anxiety

I’ve been suffering from anxiety for almost 2 years when I found calming words. My mother was surfing the internet when she found this and she got it for me. Since I found out that I have anxiety, I moved back home to her with my daughter. I wasn’t able to live my life normally since then. When I found Calming Words, I slowly got rid of my anxiety. It took me about 3 months to finally live life normally. I actually found out that I have anxiety when I thought I have heart problems because my heart kept pounding, I got palpitations and all. I visited the doc and all tests came out normal. I was advised to see a psychiatrist, and I did. I was given anti-anxiety meds, but after taking them for 3 months and not seeing results, I stopped taking them. Through calming words, I was able to get rid of my anxiety the safe and natural way. Self-help is still the best way out of anxiety but Calming Words helps a lot. It’s soothing and it stops my palpitations in minutes. It’s been a few months since I last had an attack, and I’m feeling very positive about my life now.

I’ve had anxiety and panic since I was a kid because my father used to hit us all the time and hurt my mom. They divorced eventually, but damage has been done and I meltdown when faced with difficult situations. I was treated in a special way at home and in school, and as I grew older all I wanted was to be normal. Calming Words made this possible for me. I’m not sure if it’s totally gotten rid of my anxiety, but I feel better now. I can spend some time in parties, be with a lot of people, and not get scared. It was two years ago when I discovered Calming Words, and the years after that are the best years of my life.

I’ve bought a lot of anxiety and panic programs online, but none of them worked for me. Some even aggravated my condition, some deprived me of sleep, some gave me nightmares, they all had different effects, but most were negative. I found Calming Words to be the only one that’s effective for me. I’m taking meds for anxiety, but they’re not enough on their own, so I rely on calming words to sort of boost their effect on me. The exercises on keeping calm are very effective, and the meditation mp3s are super! I’m not completely well still, but I’m getting there little by little. I only get attacks now before divorce trials, and when I’m faced with my monster husband who is the very reason why I got panic and anxiety attacks anyway. So there, if you’re suffering from anxiety and panic, don’t forget to try this.

About a year ago, I was going through a very stressful time at work and I was experiencing high levels of anxiety, especially in speaking situations. I feel like I have got my life back

When I read 'Calming Words' especially the section on really looking at how we feed our own anxiety, I felt as if you are speaking directly to me. I've been dealing with panic and anxiety for the last 5 years. I feel as if the prime years of my life are being spent thinking constantly about me having a massive heart attack.
Honestly I was so tired of this feeling. I am a young, smart, happy, energetic woman. I used to be 'fearless'! Until I bought this kit, things like driving at night, or aches and pains sent my mind spinning into hours of anxiety and sometimes into a full blown panic attack. I have been in the ER for 'heart attack' more times than I can count. When I left the ER with a clean bill of health I used to feel so defeated by it all.
