I found clear for life website on the internet several months ago, the information given has changed my life dramatically. Not only has my acne been cleared up but my health and vitality has gone to a whole new level. I haven't felt this energized and alive since I was 14 (I'm 20 by the way). I feel this book is an excellent tool for anyone who wants to make a commitment to regaining their health and clear skin.

This approach to getting clear is something we have all lost

I liked how Acne was explained as being more than just one simple things as a certain food, or something genetic, or something completely inevitably. The misconception of acne is so deeply rooted in society, when I speak about what I've learned through this book my friends think I'm speaking a foreign language!
I tell my friends Clear for Life is the most honest, intriguing thing I've read that wasn't a part of a big marketing scheme or relied heavily on facial products. Seppo’s approach to getting clear is something we have all lost in such and industrial society, we lack the appreciation of nature and we treat our bodies like a waste can because of or ignorance.
