10x better than a CPAP
posted this review on February 18, 2013

I had a problem with my CPAP before and it almost killed me. It’s not just uncomfortable, it’s also not an assurance that you’re safe while you sleep. There are cases when CPAP malfunctions and it becomes even more dangerous than sleeping without one.

I decided to try Cure Your Sleep Apnea Without CPAP despite of my wife’s warnings. She doesn’t trust online products, so she told me that it could be just a big scam. I still insisted on trying it because I’ve seen it mentioned several ties in medical forums for sleep apnea sufferers. The methods here are all natural, so they’re ok even if you’re on other medication or if you have other illnesses. Now, using the methods in this book, I can sleep peacefully and comfortably at night, and my sleep apnea doesn’t bother me anymore. I can sleep for 8-10 hours straight without interruptions. That wouldn’t have been possible with a CPAP. I am confident that I’m 100% cured now.

My girl said I snore 70% less than the usual
posted this review on October 12, 2013

I’ve been bothered by sleep apnea for so long. My girlfriend’s been looking for a good way to get rid of my excessive snoring because it just irritates her too much. With Cure Your Sleep Apnea Without CPAP, she’s noticed a lot of changes. This is so much more than an ordinary “health” program. The approach really targets sleep apnea, and the results are faster than we imagined. Right now, my girlfriend has noticed maybe about 70% reduction in my snoring. That’s just a rough estimate, but it means that she’s now 70% more comfortable in sharing the bed with me.

I'm not scared of sleeping without CPAP anymore
posted this review on November 29, 2012

I was too scared to let go of m CPAP after trying out this program, but my husband helped me transition to a CPAP life. It’s an annoying thing to sleep with, and it’s just horrible imagining that I’d need it for the rest of my life. My doctor had strict orders not to sleep without it but I just couldn’t take it anymore. I’m a member of a community of people who are suffering from sleep apnea, and I also know a lot others I exchange information without. In fact, I know a lot of people from all over the world because we share the same problem, and we give each other tips on how to cope with our illness. One of them told me that Cure Your Sleep Apnea Without CPAP worked for her, but she had to be extra careful during the transition period. I did the same, and now I’ve been living without CPAP for almost a year. I haven’t had an attack since then, and I feel that I’m now totally cured of my sleep apnea.

Cured my husband permanently...
posted this review on July 9, 2012

My husband has been on CPAP for many years before I found this book. His doctor told him that it’s the only way he can battle his sleep apnea, so he wore it every night for years. He was pitiful to look at, and I’m always worried that his CPAP might malfunction, and kill him. I saw this book after doing an in-depth research online about ways to cure sleep apnea without CPAP. Of course, I had to dig deep through a ton of rubbish before I found this gem of a book. At first, we didn’t put our full trust on it, but as my husband’s condition improved, we decided to follow it religiously. Now, my husband is off CPAP, and sleeping normally. Thanks to this book!

This really saved me from nasty CPAP
posted this review on May 13, 2013

I was on CPAP for 3 years, and what a relief now that I’m off it! I can now sleep soundly without worries, I’m generally well. I found out that I have sleep apnea almost 4 years ago. I didn’t want to rely on CPAP the first few months, but the doctor insisted that I need to use it so I did. I thought I had no other option, and I really thought I was gonna be on CPAP for the rest of my life. It’s so hard to sleep even with CPAP on, and there were times when I had to take sleeping pills. But now, since I was on Cure Your Sleep Apnea Without CPAP system, I can sleep soundly like normal people do. I think I don’t have sleep apnea anymore. It might be lurking around the corner, so I’m taking the prevention methods in here seriously.

It's worth trying but with supervision
posted this review on January 14, 2013

I highly recommend Cure Your Sleep Apnea Without CPAP, but you have to use it with caution. Sleep apnea can be serious, so it’s important to take caution when using this program. You have to observe how your body reacts to it. You also need to figure out whether or not it will work for you before you totally get rid of your CPAP. For me, it took 2 months of using the program before I was able to sleep without CPAP. During my first month without CPAP, I slept with my mom. I’m also on a strict diet and exercise program now because I’m obese, so it’s probably contributed to the effectiveness of the program. All in all, this is worth trying but you have to be motivated and careful and have your doctor check the alternative treatments here before totally getting off CPAP.

My sleep apnea appears to be cured
Cielo Mardham (from York, USA) posted this review on January 23, 2013

A few months ago I was put on CPAP because of sleep apnea. My mom gets scared when I get troubles breathing while I’m asleep. I had to move back in with her so someone can watch over me as I sleep. Even when I have my CPAP on, I’m still worried that something might go wrong while I’m in dreamland. My mom and I sleep in the same room, and I feel sorry for her because sometimes she gets trouble sleeping because she is too worried about me. 2 months back, I researched online and there was this blog of someone who had sleep apnea before, and he was also put on CPAP, but he managed to fix himself through this book. I decided to give it a try. My family was against it saying that it’s too dangerous, but I still went ahead and tried. The past 2 weeks, I’ve not been using my CPAP, and I don’t experience any problems while I sleep. My mom or my sis watch over me sometimes to check, and it seems like my sleep apnea is really cured. But just like the other commenters, I don’t suggest sleeping without your CPAP if you sleep alone, or if you don’t follow the methods here really well.

Works for me but I still suggest being careful
posted this review on August 15, 2012

Being on CPAP is really a pain. I’ve been on I for 3 years, before I started looking for natural cures that can help me get rid of my sleep apnea. My doctor warned me that I should not experiment with stuff I see online as most of them are dangerous, but I’m getting married this December, and I wanted to be off CPAP when I  start living with my fiancée. This book required a bit of work from me, but after 3 months of trying it out, I’m now confident that my sleep apnea is finally cured. I’ve been sleeping without my CPAP for 3 months now, as I decided to really take that big leap to see if it works, and it does.

I still suggest being careful though, as it might have different effects on everyone. Have someone check on you from time to time while checking out if it works.

My husband's snores have been greatly reduced
posted this review on November 3, 2013

Since he began using the methods in Cure Your Sleep Apnea Without CPAP, my husband’s snoring has been greatly reduced. I can bear sleeping with him in the same room now. I used to send him to the living room because of his excessive snoring, but now he only snores loudly when he’s too tired.

You will see results in just a short time
posted this review on January 27, 2013

I didn’t expect much from this book because I knew how serious my condition was. I was scared to go a night without CPAP even after I’ve started on the methods here. The treatments here are well explained, though, and after realizing that they’re really logical treatment methods for sleep apnea, I gave some of them a try. As time went by, I got more and more accustomed to the treatments, and I got better and better results. I noticed just recently that I don’t have sleep apnea anymore. I sleep smoothly at night without worries, and I don’t feel any discomfort at all. Also, I don’t have to worry when I sleep over at my boyfriend’s place. He was worried about me sleeping without my CPAP at first, but when I told him how much better I feel without it, he agreed to let me. I would suggest still taking precautions, though, because as I’ve said sleep apnea is a serious condition.

Sleep apnea sufferer should try this
Norton Jones (from Donie, USA) posted this review on April 29, 2013

I got off CPAP after 2 months of using this program. I had a problem with my CPAP once and since then I got scared of using it. I thought that if my CPAP isn’t all that trustworthy, I should start working on my sleep apnea using natural means. I tried the methods here right away and I really followed them all to the tee. When I felt ready, I started sleeping without CPAP. It was a pleasant change for me and my wife. It’s been almost a year now since I’ve been off CPAP, and my sleep apnea seems to be totally cured. I go to visits with the doc every now and then, and I seem to be doing well in general, partly because the methods here are natural and holistic. There are no side effects too since you won’t be taking OTC meds. This is something I highly recommend to all sleep apnea sufferers.

Glad I didn't choose CPAP
posted this review on November 7, 2013

I decided to seek help for my excessive snoring when my wife started refusing to sleep with me. She slept with our daughter for a few months because she couldn’t bear my excessive snoring. Some nights, she made me sleep on the couch. When I visited the doctor, I was told that the best solution was CPAP. I told him I was gonna think about it but when I got home, I immediately did a bit of research about CPAP, and found Cure Your Sleep Apnea Without CPAP. This has been very helpful for me so far. It’s been very effective. I’m glad I didn’t decide on the CPAP right away. If you’re thinking of a good solution for your snoring, I suggest trying this natural method first.

I successfully got rid of sleep apnea
Daniel Woods (from Norco, USA) posted this review on June 23, 2013

Sleep apnea isn’t a problem to me now. I’ve been sleeping perfectly a few months after trying the methods in Cure Your Sleep Apnea Without CPAP. My wife says I sleep like a baby now. I don’t snore too loudly anymore, I also don’t wake up in the middle of the night gasping for breath. I really feel like my sleep apnea has been cured and it’s all because of this book.

This is great advice...

...which I intend to follow. I love the way Marc approach the topic -- from apnea to alternative treatments, from mild to dramatic. It is not missing from his book, but I just want to mention that sleep position can be very dramatic. (He could push that a little in future editions.) For example, after 4 months with ***** and ***** units, with and without auto CPAP, I discovered that my AHI went from 20 to 40 to one (!) by sleeping on my side, not my back…

Interesting book!

The fact that there are options to CPAP, and that there is the prospect of a cure, gives me great hope. I thank Marc for a most interesting book!
