I've tried many meditation programs over the years and for the money, nothing beats this Deep Zen Meditation program. The foreground sounds are very pleasant to listen to - perfect for meditation. And the program itself never fails to take me into a profoundly deep and peaceful state of meditation. For anyone considering a meditation audio program, this should be at the top your list. It has a positive effect on my life
