a decent manual on stock index futures

I have been looking for a decent manual on stock index futures for a long time, there are mostly sites out there who sell you buy and sell signals, I don't like to rely on someone elses judgment. This manual reminds me of the old saying "Give a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach him to fish, feed him for life."

I made 8.5 points on ES
ON-SITE Review
Due to my other duties I can only trade for two hours after the open and for 45 minutes before close. I had to relax the stops a bit and guess what, it's still working. I placed a buy order this morning and when I got home I made 8.5 points on ES.

I wish I had something like this when I was starting out

I have been trading stocks for 3 years and emini futures for 1 year now. At first glance at their site I thought it's just another 'general info' manual. Although I was already familiar with some parts of the course, I learned a great deal from the strategy part. I wish I had something like this when I was starting out.
