Easy Membership Pro offers great features at a great price, but it is very buggy. For example, the membership confirmation email has a link to confirm your membership, but the "link" isn't active. Fix: edit the email source code and save (not for the faint of heart). Also, their guidebook says that hosting video on Amazon's s3 cloud storage is a great way to link FLV video files for membership viewing. Fix: None, you can't link to videos on Amazon s3. (Had to host all videos on my local server). Also, I have five videos on each page. When one video plays, the site locks up and you can't play another video or use the page navigation buttons until the first video plays fully. Fix: Tell viewers to refresh the page if they want to stop viewing a video or navigate away from the page.Also, PayPal's simulation sandbox feature isn't fully working.
All this and I haven't even gone live yet with the website. I can't wait for all the support requests I get from viewers.
One final thing, Debbie on the support desk isn't very knowledgable or helpful ("We are aware of that and working on a fix.") (but she is friendly).
All-in-all, good features and price, but not quite ready for prime-time.
