Efficient Planet consists of 3 different manuals. The first one is called "Convert Your Home To Solar Power" and will give you simple step-by-step instructions on how to build your own solar panels and generator and then set it all up. The manual is fully illustrated and in full color, so that you can follow along even if you're not exactly the technical type. You can do it all by yourself and have the full solar system up and running for less than $200.
The second manual, entitled "Wind Power Energy For Homes", will show you how to build your own wind turbine. It will show you how to start harnessing the power of the wind for less than $100. But don't worry; even though the price might be low, the wind turbine that you'll build from the ‘Efficient Planet' instructions is going to look and function just like a professional machine.
The third part of the Efficient Planet pack is sort of a bonus gift. It's the "Everyday Living Efficiency Bible" that is filled with solid advice on how to lover your everyday costs.
So if you ever thought about building your own solar power system or start using the power of the wind then the Efficient Planet pack, with its practical do-it-yourself manuals, might be just what you're looking for.

The Efficient Planet
ON-SITE Review
I'm usually the biggest skeptic when it comes to anything that claims it will 'save me money' because it usually means spending tons first. However with this kit, I can easily see how it pays for itself by the first week of implementing these plans.
The Solar and Wind DIY's are quite detailed and easy to follow, but I was greatly enlightened by the Efficient Living module because it really applied to ME (and I'm sure anyone that lives within societies day to day BS).

I didn't really know how much money I was wasting...

...by not being efficient as I had never thought about how I used appliances in my home. I guess I was sucked into the idea of how cheap energy used to be and I continued to use it as wastefully as before. After reading the series of ebooks and implementing the plans, I have cut down about 30% on my bills just by being efficient - it cost me nothing. I now have a daily routine that I stick by and I make sure appliances are only on when I need to use them.
