I purchased the Find And Assign package several months ago, and have been having fun with it ever since. I am a Real estate agent with a very investor savvy brokerage and spend most of my time doing rehabs, selling rehabs or looking for rehabs. I found the course to be to the point and simple to follow. The property analyzer is an invaluable tool.

Yesterday I purchased "Find and Assign" and I just wanted to say that in a time when everybody and their brother seems to be marketing thousand dollar "educational packages", this product has tremendous value for the buck.
I am especially pleased with the Rehab Cost Model. Truth be known, I have developed several of these models myself, but not anywhere close to the level of detail that the Rehab Cost Model in this program gets to.
