I've never been this comfortable about my body

Fit Yummy Mummy is a workout program designed specifically for the busy lifestyles of moms. It also considers the limitations of the mommy body. Most moms can only do certain workouts because some others would be dangerous for them, and this has that considered. I totally enjoyed working out to this program, and although I haven’t gotten yet the exact same results in the examples in the book, I am already enjoying my new body. I have less fats and flabs now and I’ve never been this comfortable in my own skin. =)

I’m now finally sexy again! I haven’t gotten my old body back, but at least I don’t look like a mom anymore. I get to wear skimpy shorts and really skinny jeans again. I just can’t wear cropped tops and hanging blouses yet because of my stretch marks and my pooch belly. This weight loss program helped me lose that much fat without straining my mom body.

Fit Yummy Mummy has really fast techniques for getting rid of postpartum weight. With this, I realized that losing postpartum weight requires a special program for it to work quickly. Also, starting with this program as soon as you’ve recovered is better if you want quick results. I found out about Fit Yummy Mummy while browsing a pregnancy forum. I don’t actively participate in forums like that, but I always read them before buying online products. With this product, I saw that there are plenty of good comments from users, and some have reported significant weight loss in a month. For me, it took about 2 months before I saw awesome results, but man, that’s fast! I am now almost back to my weight before I got pregnant, and it feels awesome. I expected this to be just a regular workout program for mommies, but I was surprised when I found out that it covers many other aspects of a mom’s life that can affect health and fitness. It’s not just for looking good but also for staying strong and healthy so you can always be on the go. I learned so much about what supplements to take, how to fit in healthy activities into my busy mommy lifestyle, and a lot more key information for keeping healthy. The workout program included in this lifestyle system doesn’t take much time. I just do the routine for a few minutes whenever I have time, but they are already showing results. I’ve lost 24lbs. since I got started, and I’m not even starving myself. The key here is to live healthy. Looking good just reflects the lifestyle. This isn’t just a workout program, it’s a sustainable lifestyle program for moms of different ages and sizes. I enjoy the program, and the lifestyle changes suggested here aren’t that difficult. It covers everything that affects health and fitness, such as diet, physical activity, changing your mindset, and a lot others. This is a very entertaining read for a new mommy like me. I took all the precautions when I was pregnant because I didn’t want to gain weight. Sadly, I still did. With all the chores of being a housewife and having to take care of the baby, I didn’t have time to workout anymore. I couldn’t even jog in the morning because I breastfeed my baby. When my baby turned 1, I started searching for tips on how to lose pregnancy fat, and the searching led me to this. This is a lovely book, really! It’s helped me lose 20lbs in just a month. That’s 20lbs or more I’ve forgotten the exact weight I lost, but it’s around that. It also set me free from the fad diet I was into then. I didn’t know that can damage my health, but yeah, at least I’ve stopped using it now. I’ve also shifted my target from being sexy to being fit. I’ve always been thinking about my physical appearance then, but through this book, I realized that I’m a mom now, and my primary concern should be to stay strong and healthy for my baby. So I’m not chasing rapid weight loss anymore. I’m taking it slowly but surely now.

Since I gave birth 3 years ago, it’s been terribly difficult for me to lose weight. I’ve been trying to lose weight for so long, but my metabolism has probably given up on me. I’d workout, be on restrictive diets, but never lost as much weight as I wanted too. Plus, I regain weight so quickly. A friend found this and she told me that we should try it. Now I’ve lost 25lbs and she has lost 30 something lbs since we got started with this 3 months ago! I think that’s awesome!

I agree that the needs of a mom are different from that of a single lady. Everything’s different from the amount of time you can spend working out to the kind of diet that you need. You can’t just use a random workout and diet regimen and hope for the best. That’s a total waste of effort. I’ve been through all of those fad diets and workout programs, but none of them worked. Now, after being a mom for the third time, I finally found a fitness program that works for me!

I’m glad there is a fitness program specially made for the needs of mothers like me. There are a lot of trainers out there who are good at what they do, but they just don’t understand the needs of mothers. I’ve been into all sorts of fitness trends and routines when I was single, but when I had a baby, my needs somehow changed. This book enlightened me about my new body as a mother, and what I can do to keep it fit. I’ve almost shed off all the postpartum weight I gained with the help of everything I learned from here. The meals are so delicious that I do not feel like I’m dieting. In fact, even my daughter enjoys them. I recommend it to all mothers who want to stay in shape, even after having a baby.
