It’s in answering the question of how to live well that Habit Guide fits so perfectly. Mike has developed a brilliant resource that provides a roadmap to building good habits. A two week blitz of eating perfectly and exercising is not going to change your health long-term. Instead it’s through building habits—daily and weekly practices—that you can change your health. which is the beauty of Habit Guide.

I understood a lot

Having tried to change everything in one go before (and then giving up cos it all seemed too hard) this guide has helped me realise that I was being too unrealistic. I think the Habit Guide will help me set better goals for myself since now!
