Installation was easy enough on my XP Pro machine but it then turns out if you are using multiple user accounts it only logs the one from which it was installed. Furthermore you loose the option to "SWITCH USER" so every time someone else wants to use the pc you have to close out all programs and log off.
Customer support responded initially with a link that went into nirvana and after my 3rd request for assistance stopped replying all together.
Long story short... big hands off!!!
