I downloaded this book a couple of weeks ago and as I was working in a show at the time I had the opportunity to put the techniques to the test immediately. I found the system to be very practical and easy to apply. The show I was working on required me to play about 15 different characters. I found the insights about body centers extremely helpful in establishing the physicality of the character and also discovering the voice for the characters (these two elements seemed to be linked). Also, the exercise for opening the emotional centers proved essential to freedom of emotion in the performance.
