Perfect for naturally thin guys

I am naturally a thin guy. Before, I used to work out with a trainer to gain some mass, but I noticed that as soon as I stopped training, the fats would just come back again. With the help of Muscle Explosion, I am now able to build muscles and hold on to them. It’s amazing how much muscle I’ve made with Muscle Explosion. This is definitely the best program for naturally thin guys like me. The results are so fast, and there’s no need for expensive supplements. This has been heaven-sent for me, and I’m sure it will be too for a lot other men who want to build more muscles.

My wife thought I was on steroids

I had the same body Nick had before he started bodybuilding, so I thought if it worked for him, it could work for me too. I got started with the program 2 weeks ago. I know it’s too early to be leaving a feedback now as I haven’t finished the entire 28 days yet, but let me just tell you how helpful this has been for me. I’m finally seeing results, and I’m not taking steroids. Before I started bodybuilding, I promised my wife I’d never take steroids, and until now I still honor that promise. When she saw the improvements in my body in just a short time she was shocked. She interrogated me, asking me if I was taking steroids. I told her not at all, and that Muscle Explosion was the only reason I was getting such great results. I’m still hoping for better results in the next 2 weeks. I’m really looking forward to it. I’ve never been this dedicated in my training. Wish you luck in your bodybuilding goals and I definitely, highly recommend Nick’s program. If you’re wondering why we’re on a first-name basis, it’s because I’ve been exchanging emails with him on my progress. This is really designed for hard gainers

Muscle Explosion is a muscle building program that’s designed to help people who are naturally hard gainers. I am a hard gainer myself, so I understand other people who get desperate to add mass to their bodies. I’ve been working out for 3 years on and off but I was seeing little result from my previous program that I decided to switch to Muscle Explosion. This is definitely something! I was surprised with the amount of progress I’ve made after only 3 months in this program. Yep, that’s just 3 months and I’ve already made as much mass as I had in 3 years of working out. My old trainer told me that this could be straining on the body as the results are too fast. I refuse to believe that. I feel better than ever, and I don’t feel as though my body’s being torn to pieces with this program. I do suffer from a bit of muscle pain every now and then, but no injuries so far. This is worth checking out.

Covers both the fitness and the nutrition aspects

I like Muscle Explosion because it covers the fitness and nutrition aspect of growing muscles. The nutrition thing has always been my problem because it’s quite difficult figuring out which information on the internet is right. If you spend some time surfing, you’ll notice how the different articles in different fitness websites contradict each other. I really didn’t know which one to trust then. Muscle Explosion really helped transform my body from that of a stick to that of a log. I’ve been on the program for 3 months, and I can barely recognize myself. I also had to buy a new set of clothes because I can’t fit into my old ones anymore. The confidence it gives me is awesome. Another good thing about this is that it has effective methods for battling plateauing. I think that’s one of the most common problems of people who want to alter their weight. This one has a especially made “weapon” against it.

The best way to build muscles if you have genetic problems

One of my paper-thin friends back in college recently built rock-hard muscles using Muscle Explosion, so I also gave it a try. I also read the sales page and realized that there is in fact a scientific explanation why this works better than others, and why it can combat genetics. I’m also naturally thin. We are all thin in the family, and I’m the thinnest among the guys. When I started using Muscle Explosion, I noticed muscles popping out my chest and my arms in just a month. I followed the program strictly because I really wanted to push it to its limits. After that month, I looked like a completely different person. My friends were surprised when they say me again. I’m fine with the way my body looks now. I think I’ll just be maintaining this. I’m not after looking like Sylvester Stallone. I’m good enough with just a bit of meat.

A great way to bulk up

I was able to bulk up using the methods in Muscle Explosion. It has both exercise routines and nutritional plans, so you get a two in one program here. I was working out in the gym when I learned about this book. One of my friends was using it then, and in just a month, he saw significant changes. He used to be in the same gym as I was, so when he found out that I’m still struggling fighting my genes, he told me about this program. I was skeptical at first because there are no artificial supplements suggested in the book. At that time, I thought the only way to build muscles is to take some of those muscle building supplements they have in the gym. I realized that the nutritional plan included in the program makes up for the supplements. It was difficult sticking to a nutritional plan at first because I’m more of an exercise guy than a diet guy, but after about a month, I got used to it. I’ve also built a lot of muscles during the first month alone. I’m now on my 2nd month, and I look like a different person. Muscle Explosion definitely did a lot for my body.

Started seeing results in 2 months

Yep, I’m a hard gainer too, and this workout program worked for me. In 2 months, my arm muscles looked 3x bigger, and I got stronger. That’s without supplements and without a trainer telling me to work my ass off. It’s just me and this program. Fantastic!

Both the nutritional plan and the workout program work for me. I’m naturally a petite guy – small with small bone structure. I wanted to gain muscle, but not too much as that will make me look like a midget. This program allowed me to achieve that kind of body without a trainer’s help. Everyone in the family has the same build as I do, so when they saw my chest and shoulders explode they were quite surprised. Now my brother is also trying out this program, and we’re already seeing a little result as early as 2 weeks following both the nutritional program and the workout program.

My body craves the exercises now

I think what this book has that others do not have is its program for building, expanding, and strengthening the frame. It’s the step that’s missing from the other muscle building programs I’ve tried, and I’ve tried quite a lot. With this, I noticed growth in just two weeks. My arms are significantly larger. After 2 months in the program, I needed a new set of shirts because my muscles have grown so big. Right now, I’m still going for a bit more mass. Just a little bit more and then I’ll proceed to maintenance. If you are a beginner, as most really skinny guys are, I suggest trying this out. The exercises are easy enough for absolute beginners, and they work so well, so you’ll surely be motivated to do them. I was a beginner too when I got started with this and I didn’t regret sacrificing a few hours for this everyday. I actually enjoy it now, and my body craves it.

It’s a complete muscle-building program especially made for the hard gainer like me. I’d recommend this to everyone who wants to pack on muscles without having to take supplements. It works great, but of course you need to follow the nutritional plan too, not just the exercise program.

I’m naturally a hard gainer… it runs in the family. My father and 2 brothers are all stick figures. When I was in college, I suffered the same fate. I worked out after graduating from college, but the results were slow. I was given different kinds of supplements to make up for what I lack in genetics, but none of them worked too. I only threw away money on those worthless junk. After my addiction to different kinds of supplements, I turned to online resources. I bought a lot of them, maybe more than 10. Most of them have the same information. It’s like they are the same thing with different titles. Although they contain considerably good information, it’s such a waste to buy different products containing the same thing. This one is the most unique among all of those I got. Also, the methods are effective. I’ve been using them for 4 months now, and my muscles are already popping.
