I listend to "Maximum Motivation" audio when I was exhausted and needed some motivation to finish a task.

The first time I listened to the audio it was a pretty unknown noise. I turned down the volume and after a few minutes I didn't notice the sound anymore.

The great thing is that I felt motivated and energized again and completed the task without any problems. These audios are powerful. And the great thing is that My Mind Shift audios are less expensive than similar products available online.
