Caveat emptor

At first I thought this product would be a good deal at $30.00. Ordered it via a download, installed cleanly, applied the product code. After runing it for about one month all of a sudden it asks for the product code. Fortunately I had it as part of a PDF from the order so it was a simple copy and paste. This process has continued unabated ever since. Not only that, click on any link for precanned questions and you receive the infamous 500 Internal Server Error. Click on customer support, same thing. Click on update same response.

The title of the product is Registry Convoy 2009. I have had it since early 2010. Cannot update it with the lifetime license, cannot get any online support, cannot contact then via email address. My advice: DO NOT CONSIDER IT, DO NOT PURCHASE IT, DO LOOK AT OTHER CLEANERS WITH A REPUTATION.

I'm giving one star because it works and has not created any problems. However because of my experience with the company's total lack of updates, support, and lack of relaible contact, there is no way anyone should purchase this product and rely on its worth.

cheap and works great

This software is enough for all my registry cleanup needs. I’m not a computer whiz, but I know how important it is to maintain a clean registry if you don’t want nasty computer performance, so I downloaded this even if it meant spending 30 hard-earned bucks for it. I used a free one before, and it didn’t perform at all and it kept pestering me to purchase its premium version for more than a hundred dollars, so this one is waaaay better than that. So far, I haven’t experienced any problems with this software, and it does a pretty good job maintaining my machine, so I don’t really see any reason why I shouldn’t recommend it. I’m giving it a perfect rating simply because it does what it’s supposed to do and it’s cheaper than others.

Don’t bother bringing your computer to the technician if you’re getting registry errors. This system should be enough to fix all of them. I’ve had this for almost 2 years now, and it still works for me. I do suggest doing an overall PC tune up from time to time though!

Worked for a computer idiot like me

My computer started acting up a few months ago. Being a total computer dummy, I called my brother to ask for help. I explained the problem to him, but since he lives too far, he couldn’t come over just to fix it. He gave me support over the phone, and after almost an hour of explaining to him everything that’s happening in the computer, and on the screen, he told me that my registry must have gotten messed up. I don’t know what that is, and I have absolutely no idea on how to fix it. My brother gave me this link, and told me to download the software. He said to install it, and then I called him back after getting it successfully installed and running. The software is so easy to use, so after a short explanation from my brother, I was able to have the computer running smoothly again in just a few minutes. Now, whenever my computer gets slow, I just use this software, and it somehow manages to fix everything. I don’t have to bug my brother anymore, and bribe him to help me so it’s really great!

This program can do everything

This program does just about everything you can think of along the lines of registry optimization. All the features are easily accessable and requires little to no learning curve to use. very well engineered.
