I learned so much from this safety system
posted this review on June 26, 2014

Survival Home Defense is great! I learned so much from this. You can never be too safe these days even when you’re in your own home. Since my son left for college, and my husband passed away, I’ve been a bit paranoid about my safety. I got this and several other similar courses, and this has become my favorite among them all. I followed all the ideas here and now I feel a lot more comfortable even if I’m alone at home. This is something I’d strongly recommend to those who live alone, especially those older people who seem vulnerable.

Survival Home Defense is great! I learned a lot about safeguarding our home. I followed most of the advice here that are applicable to my situation. I feel a lot safer in my home now even if I’m alone, and even when I come home late, I don’t fear being in the streets.

The tips and tricks here help me sleep better at night

My wife and I just moved to this new place and she’s pregnant. I am not sure yet how safe the area is even if the reviews on the place are good, you can never tell. You might be “lucky” enough to live near a wacko. I learned a lot from this guide about making my home burglar-proof. I actually followed all the suggestions here, even if I had to make serious renovations to our home. You can never be too sure when it comes to safety. I sleep better at night knowing that I’ve done my best to protect the family.

Better safe than sorry

My husband is in Asia right now for a business trip, and he will be staying there most of the year, and probably until next year. He will only come back here when the contact center they’re setting up stabilizes, so it’s just gonna be me and my 2 daughters in our home until then. Being the paranoid mom that I am, I decided to get Survival Home Defense, and I really followed all the tips and tricks here to get our home burglar and evil person proof. There’ve been some new of burglars breaking into homes the past few months, so I made this decision to spend some money and a lot of effort in making sure that the home is safe. I mean, you’ll never know when you’ll be victimized by these wrongdoers, so better safe than sorry.

I feel a lot safer in our home now

We moved in to a new home 2 months ago, and we’re living here now. I’m glad I found Survival Home Defense because I have 2 teenage daughters and I’m a single mother. With no male in the home, it’s hard to feel safe. Now, I’ve already followed all the safety precautions in this book, and I’m feeling a little bit safer in our home. I’ve also briefed my daughters about how to make sure they’re safe when I leave them alone in the house.

The most helpful of all urban survival stuff I've used

I used to live on a farm when was younger. When I moved to the city, everything was different. I was overwhelmed. I’ve read probably a dozen urban survival courses, but I think this is the most helpful of all because this is the only one that covers self-defense in depth. On the farm, everything was ok. We didn’t have to worry about burglars or other criminals. When I got to the city, I was really paranoid. I’m glad I learned a lot from this book. My house is secured now cos I really made sure to follow everything that’s written in this guide.

Very helpful resource!

As a 53 year old woman living alone, I find Survival Home Defense a valuable resource. I learned so much from this and it’s really made me feel a lot safer. I learned how to secure my home and to protect myself from attackers. I take all necessary precautions listed in this guide to make sure that my home is safe, and that if ever my defenses fail, it will be easy for me to ask for help from neighbors and relatives.

Gret tips in having a more secure home
posted this review on June 9, 2013

Since I started living alone, I got obsessed with security.  A burglar broke into our home when I was 12. Dad and the guy had a traumatizing fight until the police came. It can happen to anyone, or to any home, really. It’s better to be safe than sorry. Survival Home Defense has a lot of tips to make the home a more secure place to live in. It’s got tips on installing alarms, and keeping the right weapons at home. It sounds crazy or a bit paranoid, but it’s really important to have these weapons around for self-defense especially when you’re living alone like I am. All in all, I’m pleased with the quality of the book. I did learn a lot from it.

EXCELLENT piece of work. I had no idea about that window unlock move, I totally freaked out so I “tweaked” all the windows like they said. What can I say… It`s already proven to be useful, so I`d definitely pay $250… maybe even $300. Great job!

I was really impressed!

I usually leave all this home defense stuff to Ken, my husband, even the daily check-ups before we go to sleep… But yesterday I found myself checking the front door and I realized it`s not that safe… So I did the lock technique on page 52… And it`s great! Ken couldn`t get into the house until I opened the door for him! So here`s my price: $280, not a cent less!
