Didnt work for me. 'Creator' wont reply to emails

I have been using this for 3-4 weeks, and going through PT for 6 weeks. My tennis elbow has gone from a 10 to MAYBE a 9. This program may contribute to the recovery a small amount, but its no wonder program like they would lead you to believe. Also it states you can email the creator directly, however I did the first day I bought it with a few questions, and there was never any reply. Kind of gives you an idea it is mainly a make money scam for him.

I’m not so sure if this will work for everyone because I’m not a medical professional at all. I just want to share that it worked for me. I chose Tennis Elbow Secrets Revealed over formal therapy because I wanted to save money, and my brother who’s tried getting a therapist for his bad knee told me that the exercises can be found online, so I figured maybe this is the same as what a therapist will ask me to do. I’m not sure about that but the simple exercises worked. By the way, my tennis pain was caused by a wrong move while playing badminton. It was totally gone in 2 weeks. By the end of the first week actually, I could hardly feel it anymore, and by the 2nd week, it was completely gone.

Fixed mine in about a week

I’m so happy that my tennis elbow is finally fixed. I was doing kettlebell exercises in the gym when I accidentally did a wrong swing, and that’s when the elbow problem started. It’s not painful all the time, but when it hurts, I think it’s when I overuse my arms, it’s nasty. I really writhe in pain. I was supposed to go see a therapist, but I tried this first because I know the therapist is only gonna make me do exercises, so it’s almost the same thing as this one. You just have to make sure you get everything right for quick results.

Tennis Elbow Secrets Revealed has a lot of effective cures for bad elbow. It doesn’t have to be because of tennis. The exercises I learned from Tennis Elbow Secrets Revealed helped me get rid of the constant pain I feel in my elbows. I don’t know exactly why my elbows are always in pain especially in cold weather, but I suspect that it could be because of the heavy stuff we carried when our department moved to a new office. That’s the only thing I can think of that could have caused my elbow pain. I’ve tried different methods to get rid of the pain, and I consulted a specialist about it. I’ve even tried acupuncture, but the pain remained. I gave this a try because of desperation, and I just kept on doing the exercises for a few days, and then I started feeling the results. I usually felt pain in my sleep because of wrong sleeping positions, but after being on the exercises here, that all changed. I’ve stopped doing the exercises now because my elbows are already back to normal.

If you have any pain in your elbow area for any reason, this might work for you. You don’t have to be a tennis player to try it. I had elbow pains probably because of too much strain when carrying my granddaughter. This cured the problem and I saved a lot of money from therapy. My daughter was offering to take me to a therapist then, but I refused to try this first. Good thing I did that. I would have spent so much for the same thing if I hadn’t tried this first.

This program works for different kinds of elbow pain. I’ve been suffering from painful left elbow for a reason I don’t remember anymore. I’m 41 yrs. old, and I’ve got the first sign of aging on my painful elbows, I don’t get pains yet in other parts of the body. My wife got me this book, and suggested that I do the natural therapies here before we go see a doctor. They worked for me, and in just about 1 week, my pain was gone. I just continued doing the exercises for 2 weeks more for a pain-free full-range of motion.

The videos have been very helpful. I’ve been suffering from bad right elbow for years now, and sometimes the attacks are really bad. I think it was caused by an accidental slip before where I used my arm for support. It started hurting really bad then, and I couldn’t do a full-range of motion anymore. When it got better, I thought it would be alright not to check with the doctor, but then a single mistake in movement causes great pain in my elbow. Carrying moderately heavy things also causes pain. It’s been like that for about 2 years, but I just decided to be careful with it because I didn’t want to go to the doctor and have my wife nag me for it. Anyway, after downloading this and doing the exercises  in the videos, I noticed that my elbows do not hurt as bad anymore. Also, it doesn’t go crazy when I lift heavy stuff. The exercises are very easy to follow, and they work really fast. You’ll surely save a lot from therapy if you just follow the videos.

I developed elbow pain after a trip to the grocery with my wife. I wanted to carry all the bags in a single trip, and I really felt it strain my elbows. I couldn’t move it for days, and a few days later, I still could hardly move it. It was so painful that it kept me awake at night. Simply typing on the computer for long hours made it hurt even more, which was terrible because I type a lot of stuff at work.

This program is so easy to use. The exercises are very simple, yet effective. I chanced upon this guide while browsing the internet, and I knew right away that it’s just what I needed. I bought it and tried the exercises that night. The next morning, my elbows seemed to have gotten better, but it was probably just wishful thinking. In about a week, the pain was greatly lessened. It was gone shortly after that. I’d say this book is effective in general.

I suffered from elbow problems after experimenting with weights in the gym. At first it was just slight discomfort, so I just let it heal itself. I lifted lighter weights than I did before and it seemed fine. However, as days went by it started going worse. There were times when I’d wake up groaning because of the pain. When my wife noticed it, she told me to go have it checked right away. My doctor gave me some pain relievers and put packs on it whenever it becomes too painful. He also told me to steer clear from the gym for the time being.

Weeks passed, and I’m still not getting any better. I told my doc about it and he suggested some exercise I can do to make it better. As I expected, it didn’t do anything to improve my situation. While searching for some quick fixes, I stumbled upon Geoff’s program. Initially, I thought it was just another exercise routine, same as the one my doctor suggested.  However, my wife told me it’s worth a try as she saw the testimonials on the website.

The exercises in the program are so easy and effective. In a week I started getting better sleep without getting bothered by the pain. I have been suffering from a backhand tennis elbow from carrying my collie dog into the 4WD. It happened about 4 months ago and it got worse and worse. Physio and dry needling didn't really help. My chiro also did some dry needling. I was very skeptical of this product but got a bit desperate. After the first time I did the exercise I immediately saw the benefits the next morning. My elbow didn't wake up that sore. I've been doing the exercises for a week now and my pain has reduced by more than half. The rubber band exercise is so convenient I can do it even in the car or anywhere. I can straighten my arm with support from my other arm and I don't cringe anymore. Try it.

I developed tennis elbow this summer, and had to give up playing for the last three months.
