Some of the concoctions here are what you would call classics. You’ll see them all over the internet by doing a little bit of Google search. But there are some unique ones, so in the end, the product didn’t disappoint. I’ve tried their skin lightening methods to get rid of some of my age spots, and I can say they’ve faded, but they didn’t completely go away. As for wrinkles, I have oily skin, which isn’t really wrinkle prone, so yeah this works. I just don’t know if it will have the same effect on drier skin.

I’m 36 years old but I refuse to look it. I believe that age is just a number. When my face started showing signs of aging, I took action right away, and got The Beauty Of Food system. Guess what? My fine lines have started to fade. I thought this was just for prevention, but I guess it works great as a general cure for aging as well. You can really turn back the hands of time using readily available resources from nature, food being the first of them.

The Beauty Of Food has a lot of surprising benefits on the skin. I’m a 42 year old woman, so my skin is already showing signs of aging – a lot of them! It’s really weird that the most expensive creams I’ve tried didn’t work to improve the condition of my skin, but these food recipes did wonders. I’m so happy with how my skin looks like now. It’s smoother, less wrinkles and dark spots and that all happened in just a few months. All of my friends comment on how much younger I look now. I recommended this to them because I’m sure it will also work for them. I don’t got to the facial care center I used to frequent. I just bribe my daughter once a week to pamper me with the recipes here. But these can be done alone. They’re very simple DIY stuff you just slap onto your face, and leave for a few minutes. But a bit of facial massage doesn’t hurt either!

What I like about the Beauty of Food is that it covers almost all beauty concerns of women like hyperpigmentation, large pores, oily skin, wrinkles, dullness, and other signs of aging. My problem before was dull skin and large pores. They both been solved using the power of food. I’ve tried using a lot of chemical products on my face, but when I decided to embrace the natural diet, I also decided to get rid of all other chemicals and to use only natural products. So far, I’m loving the results on my body. Initially, I was disappointed that the book was so short, with less than a hundred pages, but when I saw the content and tried some of the recipes, I really liked it.

This is a good idea if you want to try some good spa pampering fom home. I’ve seen a lot like this on the internet, so when I found this guide on how I can do it myself, I grabbed it right away. The recipes are all pretty impressive, although I cannot comment on their effectiveness yet at this point. I still highly recommend it if just for the pampering experience.

Got rid of my acne and made my skin so soft and smooth

My boyfriend was laughing at me when he saw me scrubbing food all over my face and neck, but now 3 months after he can’t stop kissing my soft, smooth skin. My acne is gone, and it’s really become as soft as baby’s skin. I still can’t believe this is possible!

When we were young my mom applied honey to our skin thrice a week to keep it soft and smooth. As kids and as teenagers, my sister and I had better skin than most of our classmates. I think it was because of mom’s personalized beauty regimen for us. Now that I’m older and I saw Beauty of Food on the internet, I rushed to get it. There are a lot of recipes here for skincare, for different skin problems. I’m using the anti-aging recipes now, and I love how they’re making my skin tighter and more elastic. There’s something about using the nutrients of food on your skin that chemical creams don’t have.

I'm prettier now than I was 5 years ago

I love looking at myself in the mirror now! My face has become tighter, more toned. I can now go out without any makeup on, and I look 5 years younger now. My face was already sagging before and I had a lot of lines across my face. Under my eyes, around my lips. I used to look older than I am, but now it’s all changed and I used only the power of food. There are plenty of food-based beauty recipes here that you can use for different purposes, like for getting rid of dark spots, for healing skin, and of course, for tightening skin and getting rid of wrinkles. I can vouch of the effectiveness of these recipes and I really hope you can give them a try.

The Beauty Of Food is focused on anti-aging, but you will also find food recipes for the face and body here that are meant for other uses, like for lightening dark spots and for retaining elasticity, stuff like that. I have been into the different recipes here for almost a year now, and I’ve never looked this good! It’s true that you will be surprised at how your face will look like. It’s better than harsh chemicals for the face. Even those stuff for sensitive skin can damage the face overtime, but the recipes in Beauty of Food are different. Waaaay different from initial application to the short term effects and to the long term effects. It’s been almost a year now, so I’ve already observed it a lot, and my observation is already enough for me to write this review. I’ve compared my old pictures with the newer ones, and I do look younger and fresher now. My skin is glowing. It used to be so dull and it was already saggy especially around the eyes and mouth, but now, it’s become tighter. Other people also noticed how much better I look now, so it can’t be just a placebo effect. The ingredients you will need for these beauty “potions” are most readily available. They’re just simple food and you won’t need much, so you wouldn’t feel like you’re wasting them at all.

It feels awkward at first, and I used to feel like I’m wasting food but after reading up on the horrible effects of some beauty products on the body, I chose to go natural. This is definitely the yummiest way to healthy skin! I’ve tested out some of the skin loving recipes here, and they’re awesome! The ones I tried are for reversing skin-aging. I used to love the beach when I was younger, so I suffered from premature skin wrinkling, I’m just 42, but look 50 because of my skin. I apply the concoctions here on my face twice a week, and in a month, I already noticed tighter skin. It’s also brighter and it seems to glow from the inside. Kinda like the effect I got when I was on birth control pills years ago. There are still some fine lines on my face, but they’re barely noticeable. It’s been only 2 months since I got started with the regimen I learned from here. I’m super happy with the yummy potions in this book and I’m giving it a perfect score for both for uniqueness and for effectiveness.

Before reading this book, I didn’t believe the videos YouTube gurus post about them using food to look prettier. I thought they were just doing them for views and all that, but after reading this and trying some of the facial stuff in here, I was convinced. I’ve noticed that my skin has become smoother and softer when I used the recipes here. There are so many to choose from depending on your needs. It’s now so fun having spa days with my sisters.

Here’s one more good reason to hit the fruit and vegetable section more often! Most of the recipes here are unique. I haven’t seen them from YouTube gurus yet, and most of them also have instant effects. They have both instant and long-term effects, so they give you both the benefits of facial masks and face creams. I’ve been using them for a few months now, and a lot of people have been commenting about my smooth skin. I rarely use them for the body because I’m lazy, but for the face, they’re awesome! They’ve really cleared up my acne and cleaned my pores. I don’t know how they work for wrinkles, thoug, because I don’t have em yet.

No need to buy expensive face products

This is a good alternative to mass produced chemical facial treatments. You might have already heard about parabens and how they cause premature skin aging and other skin problems later in life. You must also have read about other chemicals like talc, and a lot others that can damage the body in the long run. These may have good effects on the skin, but they have more bad effects than good ones. Companies just cover their stench up using your money. I’ve always been on the lookout for truly organic beauty products as I found out that some companies claim that their products are organic, when they’re not.  I trust a few products now, but most of them are expensive. Good thing I found the perfect recipes for real natural beauty products I can make at home. They’re so effective, not to mention inexpensive! I save a lot now, and I’m sure that I’m putting only natural stuff on my skin. It’s definitely worth every penny I spend for it. The best part is that it covers your entire body. You don’t have to go to the spa anymore. My dry skin has become smoother and less flaky

My mom is into organic farming so I get a lot of fruits and veggies all the time. The Beauty of Food helped me put them to good use. When I’m not eating them, I’m following the tips here, and applying them to my face. They seem effective. The effects are not overnight, but you will notice the changes in a few days. I used to have really really dry skin on my face that it’s too difficult to apply makeup, but now it’s become less flaky, and my makeup glides on more smoothly. It’s still far from flawless, but it’s a lot better than before, and it should be the method here because it’s the only one I added to my beauty regimen. Other people have also noticed that I seem to be “glowing” now! It really must be the topical fruit and veggie stuff I picked up from here. Plus, I eat a lot more fruits and veggies now. I highly recommend this book if you have any skin problems. This is the safest you can go.

I feel 10x more beautiful!

I now believe in the saying that you are what you eat. The first week in this program, I noticed that my skin got better. It’s become clearer, and my acne started drying up. I also used some of the food mixtures I can apply to my skin to make it look better, and it does look great now! My pores have shrunk, my skin isn’t oily anymore, and I feel 10x prettier now!

I’ve always known that food can do much for weight and skin, but I didn’t know the other things food can do to make me look more gorgeous. Now, I’m inspired to eat better, and staying away from junk food completely. Cheers to this book!

Tighter pores and less breakouts

I’ve been seeing a lot of articles about how food can be used on the skin, but the articles don’t include complete information on how to do them, so I searched online and found this. The methods here are so effective! My pores are tighter now and I get less breakouts, almost none. I highly recommend it!

I love the methods in this book. They’re all natural, guaranteed safe, and they’re really effective. It’s not as quick as an overnight result or something, but it really works. I’ve had bad skin since I was young. It was so dry that I had to put on tons of moisturizer every now and then. I also had to be careful in using makeup because if I wasn’t, I’d get allergies all over my face, and it’d flake really bad. Sometimes it even had white patches all over that looked like fungal infection. After following the regimen in this book, I noticed instant results in my skin’s texture. It became more moisturized, and soon it got smoother and smoother. The tiny wrinkles I formed around my eyes and mouth also began to disappear. I’m so happy with the results I got from this program, and I’d recommend it to everyone who wants to battle premature aging and bad skin.
