Just recently my mom introduced me to the G.O.L.D. Standard and let me tell you this is awesome!
No, I have no affiliation with this website or the creators of this program, I'm just an excited parent that has read through the book offered on the site and applied it in my family and, oh boy, this really works!
In one weekend we had far fewer tantrums and far more willingness to be helpful around the house. It's great to have a neutral system in place that my children don't feel that we, the parents, are directly threatening their "fun time" and or privileges.
