This made dieting and weight loss so natural for me

Thinspiration proved to be the perfect weight loss program for me. My boyfriend always thought that the reason I was gaining weight was stress, overthinking, and he was right. I lost a lot of weight with the help of Thinspiration because I was able to set my mind on the goal. By setting my mind on the goal, I never felt deprived while trying to lose weight. Dieting proved to be a lot easier. I am happy with my body now, and I’m not in a rush to lose the remaining excess pounds that I have, and that helps clear my mind a lot.

I shed off 9 lbs in two weeks with Thinspiration, and that’s an awesome result. It’s not as quick as when you do crash dieting, but at least I don’t look like I’m from the latest season of the Walking Dead. I already noticed the drop in weight after the first week, but I didn’t weigh myself yet, because I wanted to complete 2 the 14-day period before hopping on the scale. I wouldn’t say it’s really easy because weight loss is and will always be difficult, but it’s the healthier, more realistic way to lose weight and keep it off. I got here tips from simple changes to the way I do each activity, to the bigger ones like what and how to eat. I took everything seriously, and reaped the rewards in such a short time. There are just some information here that I didn’t have much use for, like the discussion on anorexia and the fad diet report. They’re not very useful for me.

Thinspiration is all about losing weight the healthy way. It’s about changing the way you think about weight loss. Most people who have problems losing weight are those who have the wrong idea about dieting and fitness. I was like that too before I found Thinspiration. I was almost bulimic then, almost because I still had the will to fight it. There was a time when I took laxatives, but I didn’t get to gagging myself. I was able to fight that urge thinking about my singing voice. I sing for the church, and my voice is my most prized possession. Thinspiration came along during that point. This has got a really basic diet and weight loss program, but the additional information, including the mind setting tips are excellent. I followed everything here, and surprisingly, I’ve already lost almost 20lbs. That’s the most I’ve lost in my 3 years of yo-yo dieting. More importantly, I’ve already decided to stick to this no matter what, and I’ve the feeling that this is the perfect weight loss program for me.

My mom always kept telling me that the reason why I’m not losing much weight is my mindset. I always go on diets, but I quit when I feel like it. It’s like my interest in losing weight has an on and off switch. I’d be so eager to lose weight one moment, and then I’d smell delicious food, and my drive is gone. With the help of Thinspiration, I was able to get the right kind of mindset for losing weight. It all starts with determination. You have to want it so bad you won’t stop until you get it. That’s what I learned from this book. It’s not really a step-by-step guide or a plan or weight loss. It’s good to use with a fitness program that’s well-organized and healthy. That will take care of the physical aspect of your weight loss as this takes care of the psychological side.

Thinspiration is better than all other weight loss programs because the focus is your mindset, and not just your activities. I’ve learned through years and years of dieting that the main reason I’m not reaching my goal is that I tend to quit after a while of dieting and working out. I usually get too excited to go back to my old activities, and that’s what causes the rebound. With Thinspiration, I manage to get motivated. I’ve lost more weight now than I’ve ever lost before. I’ve lost about 8 inches off my waist in total, and I’m now just aiming to lose 3 more.

I so love the idea behind Thinspiration. The thing here is that it will not push you to do extreme workouts or put you on a crash diet. It changes your mindset so you get to change your lifestyle as you go along. This leads to a more sustainable kind of weight loss. Most people have problems losing weight because of their mindset. They expect to see instant results, which isn’t possible at all. There is no easy way to lose weight, and the only thing you can do is just to condition your mind that you’re gonna do it no matter what it takes or how long it takes or whatever sacrifices you need to make. That’s what Thinspiration is going to help you achieve. You’ll be able to be on the right path to healthy weight loss. Healthy weight loss is real weight loss and it’s the only path to fitness. Thinspiration is a revolutionary weight loss program because it deals with the mind. I think that’s why it’s more effective than others. Weight loss starts with the right mindset. I think everything you do starts with that. The problem most people encounter when trying to lose weight is not that they aren’t seeing results, it’s just that they become impatient, and they always think that weight loss is difficult and that they’re torturing themselves, and then they start feeling sorry for themselves, which eventually leads them to quit their weight loss efforts. With Thinspiration, these negative thoughts will be dispelled, so dieting will just be that normal thing you do everyday. It will be so natural to you that you won’t feel the need to quit. You will then be able to keep going until you reach the weight that you want. Maintenance is also going to be easy because as I said, the weight loss program will be just an average part of your life. There will be no cravings, no self-pity, and no hurrying. Was really surprised when I weighed myself this morning and realized that I’ve just lost 13lbs. in total. I haven’t been weighing myself the past weeks that I’ve been following this program because I’ve been having self-esteem issues every now and then since I ballooned to 216 lbs. I’m quite a small girl, so that weight already means horribly stubby for me. It’s my mom who got me this book because she got worried about my eating habits, like sometimes I’d starve myself, and then some other times I’d devour every food I see in the house. So she got me this thinking that it’s not my diet  that’s the problem, but my mindset. I think mom’s right about that because the moment I got started with this book, I just felt more positive about losing weight, and I’m no longer worried about it much. It’s like I’ve gained the courage to just face my weight issue head on. I just read Thinspiration Book and I think it has some great stuff in it that I never realized before. I really couldn't put the book down. I enjoy the fact that it’s not just telling readers what to do with a promise that results will be achieved, but explaining the reasons behind your strategy supported by research. I have been tried a lot of tips on the internet my entire life none worked as good as those explained here and healthy as it could be, but I really hit a plateau during the last few years, and this program has given me new motivation and kickstarted my results.
