Leigh Peele is more about self promotion and selling this over priced book than actually being a personal trainer. She reminds me of a band geek (flute probably) that is now running a popularity contest on twitter or latest site. She is not nearly as educated as she would have you believe and book is in serious need of a professional editor. Seek peer reviewed research or works by more experienced personal trainers and save your money.
