I bought this book and followed the rib smoking instructions. The ribs were juicy and looked like and tasted like I went and paid a pro. To cook them. My wife started eatting them and I asked how they were. She didnt even come up for air. Just Grunted. You cant go wrong with this book. The information is worth a lot more than all the learning mistakes and cost thereof to get to the point of where this book will start you off at. This Cooking Team that authored the book is good people and they use a lang model 60 smoker. I have one as well. Great Smoker.
