Being an Intermediate violinist the initial videos were a waste of time. Mr Lewis is too verbose as one other review put it. In the video on tuning the violin by ear he does not explain how this is done.
Moreover the download software is so designed that you have to wait a further month for subsequent downloads. You do not know in advance what these downloads will consist of.
I asked their customer service for a list of subsequent downloads. they could not/would not help me.
They have a six month refund from Click Bank. I had problems with their click bank refund link.
I e-mailed Violin Master Pro customer services twice, in the last few days. Still waiting for a reply. Thankfully the Click bank link eventually worked and my refund is assured it seems. I Don't expect to hear back from Violin Master Pro however.
What you can do is get some of their downloads and cancel within the 6 month period.
