Blues Guitar Secrets is a comprehensive blues guitar course, designed by Dan Denley. The original Blues Guitar Secrets was published in 2006 and was meant to be the most complete blues guitar course available. It covers everything from blues scales (like flat 5 and flat 5, natural 7) that you can use when you're creating your own blues solos or figuring out the solo of your favorite artist, blues chord progressions (from basic 12-bar blues to little known chord substitutions), and drills that will maximize the effect of your practice sessions. The lessons within Blues Guitar Secrets start of slowly, so that even a beginner can follow along, but then quickly progress and become much more advanced. Because of this, the course is suited for both beginners and more seasoned players. The Blues Guitar Secrets package consists of 2 DVDs and 2 course books and sells for $127. If you decide to get the Gold Edition of the Blues Guitar Secrets (for $159) you'll also get the Jam Tracks CD and the Jam Tracks course-book.

Dan Denley has just released the Blues Guitar Secrets 2.0, a completely redesigned course that is now available on 9 DVDs, 1 CD and a 185 pages-long book. The DVDs contain video lessons with a lot of fretboard close-ups, so it'll it make it easier for you to follow along. The CD contains 79 audio jam tracks, so you'll feel like a real live band is backing you up when you play your solos (don't worry, you'll learn how to solo and each track also comes with its own tablature). And the book will make it easier to follow along and enable you to practice wherever you are.
