Workout templates impressed me
ON-SITE Review
Combat Core has plenty of content to go around. There are a ton of different movements with various form of resistance. One thing that impressed me was the workout templates, you can see they were laid out by someone who actually works out, not just written to look good on paper. Smith believes in chaos training and the availability of many different exercise choices which allow you to target your body in all directions. Something that is important for those wishing to remain injury free and strong as possible.
