got this kit at home, use it daily, really enjoy what it does... if you're looking to lucid dream, get this!

Full lucidity from start to end

ON-SITE Review

The Audio Stimulation CD enabled me to achieve a lucid dream state on the very first night that I used it. Frankly, I was surprised - I rarely have dreams where I experience full lucidity from start to end. The experience was both refreshing and amazing. I've tried other methods in the past to achieve lucid dreams such as Tibetan Dream Yoga but nothing so far has given me the quick results that the Lucid Dreaming Kit has.
