Meal Plans 101 is a software tool designed to help you plan your meals. It was designed by Jayson Hunter and Chris Mohr, two dietitians, who wanted to help people loose those extra pounds in the quickest and easiest way possible.

Unlike most diets, Meal Plans 101 is fully customizable. You can use it to figure out exactly how many calories a meal has, so you can decide how much to eat. Since you can choose from over 13 thousand food options, you can decide for yourself what kind of food you will eat. A lot of people end their diet, simply because the prescribed meal plans don't suit them. This will not be the case if you use Meal Plans 101 - this software will allow you to eat the kind of food that suits you, while still continuing to loose weight.

This tool will be very useful, regardless of the kind of diet you choose; it works with low fat diet, high protein diet, zone diet, abs diet... You can also set your own nutrient ratios, for example 35% carbs, 40% protein and 25% fat. No matter what diet plan you decide to follow, the Meal Plans 101 software will take the guesswork out of your meal planning. This means that all you have to do is provide the necessary discipline and pounds will soon start to melt away.

Raising twins that are under 4 years of age is hard enough. To try and eat right is just something that I don’t have time to deal with. Meal Plans 101 has allowed me to both raise my energetic twins as well as make sure that I eat to meet my nutrition goals. It only took about 10 minutes to create a meal plan that I not only could follow, but that I enjoyed eating as well. I am now reaching my nutrition and fitness goals thanks to Mealplans101. I also have more energy to keep up with these crazy twins. Thank you Jayson and Chris!

Better than I thought

I have to tell you that this program is better than I first thought. Whatever it costs, it is worth it. I have been working with patients who are recently discharged from an eating disorder clinic - making a specific nutrition plan was time consuming before, but now with this, it's a cinch! Now I am able to get them started on a diet that fills the bill perfectly. I am pleased that there is a weight loss/weight gain feature as well as maintenance. WOW!
