Rocket Piano, a comprehensive piano playing course, was created by Ruth Searle. She is classically trained piano player with more than 15 years of experience and recipient of the Australasian Award for Composition.
If you have some experience with piano playing, you will notice that Rocket Piano takes a completely new approach to piano training. It tries to stay away, as much as possible, from the boring technical exercises that are usually used in music schools. What Rocket Piano tries to do, is make learning piano fun. It uses various learning tools – some lessons come in video format, other in audio (you get around 250 sound files), some are in book form, others come in a shape of a computer game.
Rocket Piano will teach you to read music, but you don’t have to rely on sheet music to play a song. You will learn how to improvise and how to play by ear. This way you will be able to play virtually any song that you like. The lessons in Rocket Piano are fun and easy to follow, so this is probably the fastest way you can learn to play piano by yourself.

I am delighted with the Rocket Piano system, it really makes learning the piano fun and my daughter is enjoying using it.
