Rocket Spanish

Rocket Spanish was created by Maurici Evlampieff, a native of Chile. According to the author, he has created the course when several of his friends expressed a desire to learn Spanish quickly and effectively.

The main part of the course are 31 step-by-step audio lessons. Each lesson comes with supplementary materials. These consist of grammar guides, vocabulary supplement and conversation course book. The materials represent over 500 pages with 414 exercises.

Additionally, you receive 2 software learning games. The first game is called megaVocab. It has over 2,000 words from 20 different topics. Its main goal is to help you memorize the most common Spanish words and phrases. The second game is called MegaAudio. This software helps you to understand the spoken word – in a short space of time, you will recognize over 1,000 words. In short, Rocket Spanish is an interactive language course that promises that will have you speaking modern Spanish confidentially and naturally in less than 3 months.

I have to say that the name is appropriate, because the course literally propels you at rocket speeds towards becoming a functional speaker of Spanish.

The audio portions are clear and they are a good speed for the new comer and the texts are fun and entertaining as well.

I love it

I would definitely recommend Rocket Spanish to other people, I love it. It's a great program. The benefits of it it's that I've been listening to it in the car as I drive, playing the games and things and it's really helped me improve my Spanish skills, specially in the area of grammar, I had some rudimentary Spanish skills but I've discovered I wasn't speaking properly and this has really helped me improve my grammar.

I found it very easy to use

I was given the rocket spanish course about 3 weeks ago and I found it very easy to use. I've listened to the first few cds a couple of times, just to get it into my head, and it was really easy to follow and I can already say quite a few sentences. I've also played the computer games that came with it, which I found easy, just to remind me of what the words were.

The course had really improved my ability to listen to spoken Spanish

Rocket Spanish is effective, because it includes several different tools that match different learning styles, and that are useful in different situations...

I used the Rocket Spanish program several times a week for about 6 months while I was preparing for a mission trip to Honduras... Once I was in Honduras, I found that course had really improved my ability to listen to spoken Spanish and recognize the key words and phrases. Even when the speakers were using new vocabulary that was unfamiliar to me, I was able to gather enough from what I did understand to get the general meaning...

The real-world experience in Honduras worked just like the Interactive lessons I had been using for practice.

So, whether you are interested in learning Spanish for your job, to communicate with neighbours, or if you are planning to travel to a Spanish speaking country, Rocket Spanish program is a great place to get started.
