I have tried most diets on the market, but when I found WLGW, I discovered the right way to think, act and live and by doing those things, I have been very successful. In one month I have lost 20 pounds and have begun enjoying mountain biking and other activities. I intend to continue working through the life changing process that WLGW offers. "Dr. Frank" will send you endless emails after you purchase his "e-book" online. He will solicit you to purchase other of his products and the worst part is that when I emailed him to ask how to get a refund since he offers a "lifetime guarantee", he ignored my emails. That's right, did not even respond to several emails asking him to stand by his guarantee. It saddens me that he represents himself as a follower of Jesus and behaves this way. Don't buy his product if for no other reason than this...

Feels like no effort

With what feels like no effort have lost 10.5 pounds. Never have I been able to accomplish such a dramatic loss without some crazy 'diet'; WLGW has equipped me with the tools to make changes in my life and the weight loss is just a by-product.
